If you have any inquiries about any of our items, or any of our policies, etc, that are unclear to you, please do not hesitate to email us. We will do our utmost to reply as quickly as possible. If you do not receive a reply within 3 days, please feel free to email us again.

We do not keep wigs in stock; all our wigs are made to order. You may place an order for any of the wigs listed on the site. You may order as many or as few as you like. All wig orders will be made on a first come, first serve basis, but in general, it will take approximately one to two weeks for your order to be completed.
As yet, we do not have stock of all the colours listed on the wigs page, but you can still place orders for colours not shown, and we will buy the fur to make them. Unfortunately, we cannot show you pictures of the colours until after they have been bought. If you are unsure of exactly what a colour may look like from its colour name, please feel free to inquire before ordering.
If you buy five or more wigs, you get a US$5 discount. If you buy ten or more wigs, you get a US$10 discount.

Wigs are available in two SD sizes, as well as MSD, SD Cute, Unoa, YoSD and Pocket Fairy sizes.
When ordering, please be sure to specify what size you would like your wigs.

SD Standard: for most standard SD and similar sized dolls. (Luts, CH Ai, etc) (This is closer to a 9" size.)
SD Small: for the newer 'smaller' SD heads (ie Shirou, Anais, Tsukasa, Kohya, Heath, etc) and similar sized dolls. (This is closer to a 8-9" size.)
MSD: for MSD and similar sized dolls. (DoD, etc.)
SD Cute: for Volks SD Cute dolls. (may fit similar sized dolls, but we cannot verify this.)
Unoa: for Alchemic Labo Unoa dolls. (may fit similar sized dolls, but we cannot verify this.)
YoSD: for Volks YoSD. Also tested to fit CustomHouse Petite Ai and Serendipity Sharmin. (may fit similar sized dolls, but we cannot verify this.)
Pocket Fairy: for BlueFairy Pocket Fairy dolls. (may fit similar sized dolls, but we cannot verify this.)
(Please note: we do not have any of our own MSDs to model for the shop, but you can find pictures of Seph's Kamahn wearing one of our wigs here to confirm fit. Our SD Cute wigs are graciously modelled by Loki's Dart, our Unoa wigs are graciously modelled by Sean's Hazel, and our Pocket Fairy wigs are graciously modelled by Megami's YingYing.)

We also take orders for custom wigs. We can make custom wigs in any of the furs available on the site, or any combination of furs, and may be able to get other types of furs at your request. Please send us an email and explain what sort of style you are interested in ordering, and we'll let you know if we think it's possible to make. The price of custom wigs depends mostly on the complexity of the style; obviously a more complex wig that requires more sewing time will cost more!

All extras shown on the site are kept in stock. If you make an order for extras only, your order can be shipped immediately. If you wish to order extras in conjunction with wigs, we will hold the extras for you until the rest of your order is completed, then ship everything together.

DropRops are hand-made urethane eyes, crafted by Japanese creator Moca. Rhapsodisiac is the official Western distributor for these eyes. All eyes listed on this site are shipped to you directly from Moca herself in Japan. As such, orders for these eyes cannot be made together with wigs or other items listed on the site; you must place your order for DropRops eyes separately. Please contact Cassiel for ordering via the DropRops page.

All prices on the site are in US Dollars.
We will not request payment until your order is ready to be shipped.
For Australian residents, we can accept a direct bank deposit or money order.
At this time, for international customers, we can only accept payment via PayPal. We accept all forms of PayPal payments. Please indicate if you will be paying with a PayPal Credit Card payment when placing your order, as we have a separate account for these payments.
If you cannot pay via PayPal, you are welcome to email us to discuss alternate forms of payment, but we are not prepared to accept payment methods which involve large fees at our end.

As we reside in Australia, all items shipped overseas will be sent via Airmail. We will ship to anywhere in the world. Airmail generally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. We will finalise the exact shipping cost with you when you are placing your order, but here is an estimate of shipping costs:

As a rough guide:
1-3 wigs can be shipped by letter post and including packaging should weigh under 125gms. Any more wigs than that will not fit in Australia Post's required packaging for letter post and must be sent parcel post. For parcel post, up to 8 wigs can be sent for the minimum weight of 250gms.
most 'extras' items can be shipped by letter post; final cost will depend on the weight of the items.
We do not ship by EMS as EMS is prohibitively expensive in Australia. (ie a 250gm package would cost roughly US$35 by EMS. >_<)
Packages can usually be insured for an extra US$5 up to US$75 value (and an extra US$1.50 for each US$75 value extra) but this is not available for all countries; please inquire when ordering.

If you want to keep up to date on when we get new stock, when wig pre-order periods are opened, etc, the best way is to join our mailing list. Only details about items for sale on this website are posted to the list, so you won't be spammed, and we promise not to sell your email address to anyone. ^_^
We also announce site updates to the mailing list a day before we announce them elsewhere, so this is the best way to be sure to get your hands on our new stock before anyone else does!
